
Officials are the key to the effective running of all Lifesaving events. An official is any person who controls the actual play of a competition by the application of the rules and laws of the sport to make judgements on the rule infringements, performance, time or score. We need officials to ensure the spirit of the event is observed and enjoyed by all. - Thursday, 29 December 2011 - Lorne SLSC (10:00am - 2:00pm)
- Wednesday, 4 January 2012 - Venus Bay SLSC (10:00am - 2:00pm)

Please note: there will be a cancellation fee of $20.00 per person, if the cancellation is within one week of the registered course date. Prerequisites- Must be a financial memeber of Life Saving Victoria or a SLSA State Branch
- Must have a Working with Children Check (If 18 years and over)
- Must complete the Australian Sports Commission Online course prior to course http://www.ausport.gov.au/participating/officials/education/onlineofficial
- Must be 16 years or older
- To apply for a level 2 course, you must have a Level 1 award for at least 1 year.
