SWIMMING PROGRAMS
Every year one million Australians participate in a Royal Life Saving education program. That's one million people with the skills to save lives.
Royal Life Saving is Australia's largest provider of water safety education. Programs are delivered in schools, pools and community centres daily. They are designed to build awareness of dangers in aquatic environments and to arm the community with lifesaving skills used in both prevention and rescue.
Key education programs include:
Keep Watch
Infant Aquatics
Swim and Survive
Bronze Medallion
Junior Lifeguard Club.
Increasingly our skills and expertise are being used to target groups with special needs. Vietnamese rock fishermen, Remote Indigenous Communities, Arabic speaking youths are just some of the groups who have benefited from our dedication.
