The purpose of this camp is to encourage participation on boards and committees through empowerment and purposeful engagement of participants.  The Program aims to increase awareness and provide basic training in some of the competencies required for leadership. Participants will develop a state-wide network and be exposed to leadership theories under the guidance of active leaders from lifesaving, business and the community.  This camp is held in early July every year, and is limited to a maximum of 20 high calibre applicants. 

Participants must be able to attend the entirety of the program.

Clubs will be invoiced for the cost of the camp, it is up to each club and participant to agree on who will be responsible for the cost of the camp.

A panel from LSV will assess each online application, and participants will be chosen on the quality of their submission.
